BvolvrMind ("we," "our," or "us") provides cognitive training exercises and progress tracking. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
Information we collect
Stored on your device
- Training progress, scores, streaks, and achievements
- Holistic factor self-assessments and history
- App preferences (theme, notifications, training goals)
- Local trial and subscription state cached for offline use
We do not require you to create an account to use BvolvrMind.
Delivered from our servers
- Exercise catalog and question content (read-only content delivery via Supabase)
- Subscription plan display metadata (tier names and regional pricing for in-app labels)
Processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat
- Subscription purchases, renewals, and restore purchases
- Payment is handled entirely by the platform store; we do not receive your payment card details
Optional notifications
- If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device
- Push notification tokens may be stored locally if you opt in to notifications on supported builds
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not use advertising networks in the app
- We do not upload your training history or factor assessments to our servers
Data retention and deletion
- On-device data: Use Profile → Settings → Reset All Data to erase all local progress and preferences on that device
- Subscriptions: Cancel or manage billing in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
Children's privacy
BvolvrMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
