By downloading or using BvolvrMind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
BvolvrMind provides educational cognitive training exercises, progress tracking, and related content for personal development. The app is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium plans
- Premium Monthly and Premium Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions
- Prices are shown in the app and confirmed at checkout by Apple or Google
- A 7-day free trial may be offered on paid plans through the App Store or Google Play; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel earlier
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
- Use Restore Purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices
Welcome access
New users may receive a limited welcome access period on device without payment. This is separate from any store free trial attached to a paid subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content
- Use the app in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls
Intellectual property
All app content, branding, and software are owned by BvolvrMind or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC COGNITIVE OR PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
